We booked an apartment with all inclusive service with large discount (2300 euros, 13 night, 2 kids, 2 adult), making it very nicely priced stay! The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and quiet, with a nice balcony that easily could fit our family of 4. The bedroom was sufficiently large to also comfortably accommodate our 2 kids sleeping in cribs (1 and 3 years old). But it could also easily fit 1 or 2 additional mattresses (from the sleeping couches) on the floor, if you prefer that over sleeping in the living room. Room was cleaned daily and was kept in very good condition. The hotel is well located at a 5 minute walk from the beach, with sufficient free parking space nearby. There are plenty of authentic small villages and other things to see within a short driving distance. The all inclusive food was plenty and with sufficient variation, with a lot of fresh fruit and a very nice salad bar during all meals. Quality of the food was variable, and did not always match our personal preferences. A big bravo for the staff in the dining room, they were an absolute joy and made us and our kids feel extremely welcome. They really made us feel like arriving “home” every time we entered the room. Special thanks to Maria, Sara, David and Alejandra for their friendliness and sincere attention for our kids.

After reading mixed reviews I was expecting some bad points..but to be honest for myself and my boys 16 and 2 it was perfect. The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable, lacks a bit of storage for actual food but it was fine. We opted for the garden view, we faced the road but it wasn't too noisy, you could still hear the evening entertainment a bit, but not offensive and didn't disturb us. The pool areas were clean and tidy, great options of the 3 pools. It wasn't too busy when we were there and didn't have any difficulty finding beds. We didn't use the main restaurant but the pool bar food was as expected, tasty and reasonable. The shop is a bit pricey but has all the basics. It does have smaller versions of sugar coffee and Jams, ideal for us as we only stayed 5 nights. The hotel is located so close to so many restaurants and only 5 mins or so to the beach. We did a day trip via taxi to Alcudia for about €16 each way, but a lot quicker (easier with a toddler)than the bus. My youngest loved the mini disco, starting at 8.45pm for 15 mins, he got off the stage sweating and ready for bed! We didn't stay after for the main entertainment. The entertainment team were so lovely and he fell in love quite a few times!

The Hotel is exactly what I expected for a 4 ⭐ a few ares are a bit dated, mainly the bathrooms and hallways but it seems they're revamping a lot of the hotel. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The food was well cooked and had a good variety. For an all inclusive it wasn't 24 hours. The bar closed at 12pm and ice cream was only served between 3 and 6pm (as well as in the restaurant for lunch and dinner) which wasn't an issue for us but worth considering. The location was perfect for us, a short walk to the beach and an Aldi opposite the hotel. We visited with other family members and our 2 year old son. The small pool was great for him but I would think older children may lack more activities. It's worth noting that some of the pictures are actually out of the date. The indoor pool has been completely revamped and there's a new volleyball/football court outside. There was a kids club for 2 hours in the morning and afternoon however we never used it. The children's entertainment (mini disco) only lasted 15 minutes which was a shame and the evening entertainment was basic but it was funny at the same time.

The food was amazing, with wide selection and enough many glutenfree options especially for dinner. The children appreciated wide selection of desserts and fruits. The pools were nice, we especially appreciated the indoor pool. There was a lot of entertainment scheduled for children daily, and the Halloween party was a real spectacle. The hotel rents bikes for a minor fee. One can also make laundry there (or there is a modern laundromat close-by. There is a free parking available, and a bus stop just in front of the hotel, with direct connection to Palma (in summer season even the airport), Alcudia and elsewhere. There is an Aldi and a Mercadona close by. The kitchenette was sufficiently equiped. The surroundings of Picafort invite for strolls in the dunes along the coastline (one can take the bus few kilometres south or north and then go just one-way along the coast - especially the trek from Son Serra de Marina is breathtaking). The Albufera natural park is close by and a must for birdwatchers. The beach is close and even though it is narrow, it is shallow and well suited for children.

Location of the hotel was very good - beach was 7 minutes by walk from the hotel. Very friendly staff check in and check out went great. Cleaning ladies were very nice and cleaned rooms very diligently. There is also a minimarket in the hotel (which was really expensive but that's ok i guess) but there was a supermarket like 5 minutes from hotel. Room was spacious and balcony was great with a nice view also quiet location. AC was working good (except that low setting was high and vice versa). Bathroom was nice. Pool and pool bar were very nice with pleasant atmosphere. We had apartment so we had no food in the hotel and little kitchen with fridge. Great price/value.
